Washer-dryer

• Add detergent in the corresponding drawer.
  • In the cleaning kit, you will find a single dose.
  • Load the clothes without exceeding the drum capacity.
• On the central panel, select the washing program.
  • The panel will display the corresponding time for each program.
• Press Start/Pause and wait for the cycle to finish.

📌 Washing machine: There is a child lock that is not mentioned in the instructions, which can sometimes be activated accidentally, blocking the washing machine from working. It can be deactivated by pressing both the “Extra Rinse” and “No Spin” buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds.

For drying:

• There is a clothes rack inside the drawes that you can hang on the window.⚠️ It must be positioned facing the interior of the apartment, as hanging clothes toward the street is not allowed due to old-town regulations.

Ceramic cooktop

• Place the pot or pan on the cooktop.
• Turn on the cooktop by pressing the power button corresponding to the zone where the pot or pan is located.
  • If it is top, press the power button with the mark at the top right.
  • If it is bottom, press the power button with the mark at the bottom left.
• Adjust the power level (1 to 9) using the + or buttons.
• Use low or medium power for gentle cooking, and high power for boiling or browning.
• When finished, turn off the cooktop.

⚠️ The lock button is used to lock the cooktop.

• In case of an error, press and hold it for a few seconds to unlock it.

Extractor hood

While cooking, it is recommended to turn on the extractor hood.

• Select the speed (low, medium, or high) by pressing the + or – buttons, depending on smoke and odors.
• Use the light by pressing the bulb button if you need more visibility in the cooking area.
• Let it run for 5–10 minutes after cooking to remove odors.
• Turn it off when the air is clean.

ℹ️ We have other models of extractor hoods available in our studios. The on/off switch is located next to the kitchen outlets and it only has one speed.

Refrigerator

• The appliance combines a refrigerator and freezer; the freezer is located at the top.
• To adjust the temperature, use the dial located on the right side inside.
• The recommended temperature is 4 °C for proper food preservation.

Microwave

• Place the food in a microwave-safe container and close the door.
  • To open the door, press the rectangle-shaped button at the bottom.
• Select the operating mode:
  • Left button : microwave.
  • Central button : microwave with grill.
  • Right button: defrost.
• Set the heating time by pressing the Play + 30s button.
  • The microwave will start automatically.
• When finished, remove the contents carefully.
  • You can also press the Stop button to stop the microwave at any time.

Air conditioning

Using the Remote Control

• Turn the unit on or off using the ON/OFF button.
• Set the desired temperature, generally between 17°C and 30°C, using the Temp 🔼/🔽 buttons.
• Change the fan speed using the FAN SPEED button (Low, Medium, High, Turbo, Auto).
• Adjust the louver direction using the VANE/SWING buttons.

Main Functions and Symbols (MODE)

• ❄️ COOL (Snowflake): Cooling mode for cooling the room. Recommended temperature range: 24°C to 26°C.
• ☀️ HEAT (Sun): Heating mode for warming the room.
• 💧 DRY (Drop): Dehumidification mode; removes moisture without over-cooling.
• 🌬️️ FAN (Fan): Circulates air without changing the temperature.
• 🔁 AUTO: The unit automatically chooses between cooling or heating to maintain the target temperature.

Tips for Efficient Operation:

• Air Direction: Cool with louvers pointing upwards (cool air descends) and heat with louvers pointing downwards (hot air rises).
• Ideal Temperature: A difference of more than 12°C with the outside temperature is not energy efficient.
• ⚠️️ In apartments with two A/C units, it is important that both are in the same MODE because otherwise, they will stop working.

Coffee Machine

• Plug in the coffee machine before using it. Ensure that the water tank is filled to the maximum level indicated, or to a lower level if necessary, but never left empty.
• Place a cup in the space in the front of the coffee machine.
• Lift the lever to open the compartment and place the capsule sideways.
• Lower the same lever and select the desired coffee quantity using the buttons located at the top of the machine.
• When you have finished using it, lift the lever again and the coffee capsule will fall directly into the waste container inside.
